       I am going to help my community by making a recreational football program. I want to do this because it will get kids off the streets. Also, I want to do this because it will help kids get their anger out instead of them taking it out on their parents or their family. This will help the community by bringing everyone together to win as a team and it will give back to the community through money raised.

        I will accomplish this by first getting a coaching staff because I don't think that I would be able to organize all the paperwork and worry about offences, defenses, special teams and salaries. Then I will get head coaches because the football team needs them to teach the kids the game and to help them compete. Third I would have to get special from the county to use their fields for practice and games.

        I will get kids to participate by putting flyers and posters on every street in the neighborhood. Also, I would put advertisements in the local newspapers and in magazines. Then I would make sure that people receive the football programs which will include registration forms through school handouts and in the mail.

        I will try to draw people to the program because it will make my community a better place. My program will show kids how to respect others and will show them how to work as one to achieve their goals as a team and as a community. By this, the team will come together to have fun and build friendships. With team their efforts and community participation we will win games and possibly win championships.
